Auto Log-out when trying to send in OWA?

So. You get a call like this:

The user could log into fac/staff email, but when he tries to forward or send something, OWA logged him out. He was using internet explorer 8. I had him open Chrome, attempt to send a message in OWA and it worked. I asked him open IE up again, go to tools-->internet options-->privacy and adjust settings to medium (and turn off popup blocker) and everything then returned to normal.

***Microsoft does not specify which version of Vista is compatible, so it's possible that all versions will work with 9.2, but only Business, Ultimate and Enterprise are actually supported by SAS.

***There is actually a different 9.2 release that Katie ships to those with 64 bit OS. Currently this is not indicated on VIP but customers need to indicate that they have a 64 bit OS so that they get the right version of 9.2.
